Company
Started with a paper ticket.
Valparq began by digitizing the hand-written valet ticket. It grew into the operating system for the whole operation.
The first version of Valparq did one thing: it replaced the paper stub a guest is handed at the curb with a ticket on their phone. That single change cut queues, lost tickets, and arguments, and watching it work made the larger problem obvious. The ticket was never the product. The ticket was the operation's only record, and it was made of paper.
So the system grew to hold the whole record: who arrived, who drove, where the key went, what condition the car was in, and when it would be back at the curb. Today Valparq runs check-in, dispatch, key custody, condition records, validation, and reporting as one system.
Valparq is built in Dubai, for the region's porte-cochères first. Piloted at a five-star property on the Palm.
Method
Retrieval ETA, built in-house
The retrieval time a guest sees is produced by proprietary in-house technology that accounts for lot position, runner availability, and live property load. It is an estimate the operation can stand behind, which is why it is shown to the guest at all.
